Shipping and Returns
Firstly, thank you for your support! We hope that your French Freddie garment arrives in perfect condition and that you'll love it as much as we do.
FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand and Australia.
Please expect delivery within 2-4 working days for New Zealand and 3-5 working days for Australia.
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours and we will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Any online purchase returns may only be made via our contact page and not at any local stockists unless the item was purchased from there. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty garments within a reasonable timeframe. If an item is faulty, you may request an exchange for another item, a store credit or a refund if the situation cannot be remedied through the other ways. Please email us to make us aware of the situation. You may then send the garment back to us. The result of this will be decided by French Freddie. This must happen within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Items may only be exchanged for other items on FrenchFreddie.com. Exchanges for online purchases may only be made via email and not at any French Freddie stockists. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
